VIVALDI Spring - JOY, beauty, renewal
The final chapter of the Vivaldi Collection is finally here: VIVALDI Spring!
Our Vivaldi Spring collection is an incredible array of colorful gemstones that alternate through a symphony of DelBrenna's handmade chain: green peridot, yellow citrine, pink and blue topaz.
The fourth of our Vivaldi's Four Seasons is tied to the musical masterpiece, which is probably the most famous violin piece by the Italian composer. Our Spring, or 'Primavera' in Italian, represents the renewal of the season, the abundance of nature, and the crispness and clarity of a lively spring day.
Luxurious, romantic, and vibrant, this collection is simply spectacular! The gems reveal their colors and brightness one after the other, like spring flowers blooming and illuminating through the darkness of a long winter.
VIVALDI spring: the gemstones
Spring colors inspired us to choose a marvelous array of gemstones that are the absolute protagonists of this new Vivaldi collection.
This time, we chose yellow citrine, blue topaz, peridot, and eco-friendly pink topaz. The colors represent the season's beauty, its blooming flowers, clear blue skies, and warm sun rays.
It is our first time using a completely eco-friendly material, as our pink topaz is a man-made gemstone. Natural pink topaz is rare and expensive and can never be used in routine production. We chose this gem because its bright pink shade was incredible and, besides the color, we really appreciated the fact that it is not mined and good for nature.
To make the design even more interesting and dynamic, the gemstones we use are also differently cut: the yellow citrine and blue topaz are briolette-cut, while the green peridot and pink topaz are brilliant-cut (the typical cut of round diamonds!). We opted for setting the latter upside down, which means with the point facing up. That is why we thought to use especially these two gems, green and pink, to build our Vivaldi Spring rings and earrings, which gives them a modern and unusual look we adore!
VIVALDI spring: behind the scenes
The setting of our video and photo shoot was the flower shop of Massimo Bennati, a talented floral designer based in Castiglion Fiorentino, a small town not far from Cortona. Flowers were the perfect natural background for this campaign, dreamy and poetic like the famous Vivaldi music composition.
Besides the flower shop, we chose to film outside at the beautiful Loggiato Vasariano, built in 1513, where you have an amazing view of the valley below. The town of Castiglion Fiorentino is where Megan studied architecture when she first came to Italy - she used to gaze out from the Loggia and ponder the beauty of Italy. In the same town, she met Sebastian, and from here, the modern history of DelBrenna began!
While filming through the town, we took some images in a lovely alley where the model lives — we also met her mom and her grandfather during the shooting! It is a small world, and ours is full of stories to tell!

VIVALDI Spring: A MULTICOLOR ALLURE
Born as our interpretation of a tennis necklace and bracelet, the VIVALDI design represents our family signature and Italian origins. The Spring multicolor edition is the grand finale of this collection, and we've designed for a special wow-effect given by the most unique array of colors we've ever used at DelBrenna!
In Vivaldi Spring, the Filary frames, built with the original Links chain, perfectly align one after another and form a unique symphony of vibrant gemstones. The 'Brio' design alternates colorful gems and frames with the diamond beads chain for a more casual look.
DelBrenna's Vivaldi Spring pays homage to nature, beauty, Italian romance, and the joy of new beginnings. It is available in our 24K gold and silver rhodium finishes and is perfect for women who love wearing color!
The Vivaldi collection has come to its fourth and final release. The Four Seasons by DelBrenna are now complete! The collection represents Italian elegance, the abundance of the Baroque style, and a timeless flair. Like Vivaldi's music, every piece looks and feels like a dream. An Italian dream!
