DelBrenna will repair or replace workmanship faults, free of charge, up to 1 year from the original date of purchase. Please retain the receipt, as the original proof of purchase is the warranty.
The DelBrenna warranty does not cover lost or stolen jewelry, accidental damage or negligence.
Over time, fine jewelry (ours features an oval 925-Silver stamp or 750-Gold stamp for 18K and is always naturally nickel-free) can become a treasured family heirloom if it is cared for properly. To keep each DelBrenna piece in its original condition, it is essential to treat the silver and/or gold jewelry with special care. Dust, pollution, water, lotions, and daily wear all conspire to cloud the brilliance of gemstones and dull the surface finish of our fine jewelry. Timeworn prongs and clasps can result in the loss of a stone or an entire piece of jewelry. To regularly care for your DelBrenna pieces and their respective finishes, only clean with a mild detergent mixed with a little water, rinse well, and dry thoroughly. It may also be cleaned with a silver-polishing cloth. Professional cleanings are also recommended as often as once a year. We encourage you to bring your DelBrenna jewelry back to us for professional servicing. Our staff is knowledgeable and experienced in all aspects of jewelry care, including cleaning gemstones, repairing clasps, and earring backs.
We want you to enjoy your DelBrenna designs for years to come. Should your piece ever need servicing, entrust our specialists with repairing it to preserve its beauty and longevity. Simply bring your item to the store it was purchased from or to a DelBrenna boutique. Why does DelBrenna use reconstituted turquoise?
Due to increased demand for turquoise, mines worldwide have become depleted, and there is very little natural turquoise left. Because the natural turquoise that DelBrenna favors is particularly scarce, we have opted to use simulated turquoise in some of our jewelry collections. This material comprises reconstituted turquoise, which is made from natural stones that are ground into a paste, bound with resin and dyed to achieve a beautiful blue hue.
Why does DelBrenna use reconstituted Coral?
Due to increased demand for Coral, the coral reef ecosystem worldwide has become depleted, and there is very little natural Coral left. Because the natural Coral that DelBrenna favors is particularly scarce, we have opted to use simulated Coral in some of our jewelry collections. This material comprises reconstituted Coral, which is made from natural stones that are ground into a paste, bound with resin and dyed to achieve a beautiful red coral. Despite this, sometimes in the 18 carats gold collections, DelBrenna uses a small quantity of all-natural Coral from the Mediterranean sea.
