Beginning on the date the returned item is received, processing begins. All returns are processed within 14 days.

Yes. DelBrenna will repair or replace workmanship faults, free of charge, up to 1 year from the original date of purchase. Please retain the receipt, as the original proof of purchase is the warranty.

The DelBrenna warranty does not cover lost or stolen jewelry, accidental damage or negligence.

To keep each DelBrenna piece in its original condition, it is essential to treat the silver and/or gold jewelry with special care. Dust, pollution, water, lotions, and daily wear all conspire to cloud the brilliance of gemstones and dull the surface finish of our fine jewelry. Timeworn prongs and clasps can result in the loss of a stone or an entire piece of jewelry.

To regularly care for your DelBrenna pieces and their respective finishes, only clean with a mild detergent mixed with a little water, rinse well, and dry thoroughly. It may also be cleaned with a silver-polishing cloth.
