Currently, from our USA boutique, we ship via FedEx (2-Day and Overnight) to the U.S., Canada, and U.S. Territories. As a convenience for our customers, we offer complimentary 2-day shipping on domestic orders (the U.S. only). For all other countries, please contact our customer care.

If you aren't totally satisfied with your purchase, we'll get you set up with a full refund or an exchange. Articles are accepted for exchange or credit if returned in a saleable condition within 30 days of receipt and accompanied by the original sales receipt. Special orders, custom orders, altered items, and items that show wear are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Beginning on the date the returned item is received, processing begins. All returns are processed within 14 days.  Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Gift certificate purchases are non-refundable.

We accept the following forms of payment for orders placed on DelBrenna.com: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and DelBrenna gift cards. For your convenience, your credit card information can be stored in your DelBrenna.com account. This is secure information and cannot be accessed by anyone other than the account holder. For more information, see our PRIVACY POLICY. Your billing address at DelBrenna.com must match the address on file at your credit card company for added security. The processing of your order may be delayed if these addresses are different.

DelBrenna will repair or replace workmanship faults, free of charge, up to 1 year from the original date of purchase. Please retain the receipt, as the original proof of purchase is the warranty.

The DelBrenna warranty does not cover lost or stolen jewelry, accidental damage or negligence.

Over time, fine jewelry (ours features an oval 925-Silver stamp or 750-Gold stamp for 18K and is always naturally nickel-free) can become a treasured family heirloom if it is cared for properly. To keep each DelBrenna piece in its original condition, it is essential to treat the silver and/or gold jewelry with special care. Dust, pollution, water, lotions, and daily wear all conspire to cloud the brilliance of gemstones and dull the surface finish of our fine jewelry. Timeworn prongs and clasps can result in the loss of a stone or an entire piece of jewelry. To regularly care for your DelBrenna pieces and their respective finishes, only clean with a mild detergent mixed with a little water, rinse well, and dry thoroughly. It may also be cleaned with a silver-polishing cloth. Professional cleanings are also recommended as often as once a year. We encourage you to bring your DelBrenna jewelry back to us for professional servicing. Our staff is knowledgeable and experienced in all aspects of jewelry care, including cleaning gemstones, repairing clasps, and earring backs.
